Embracing the principle of “innovation, growth, sincerity and service”, four flight attendants from airlines of China Eastern and HNA Group has started a cabin-oriented unprecedented teaching innovation program, namely, TOP100 Global Excellent Aviation Instructor open course, and delivers the lecture at the Peking Nanyuan Airport, the first airport in China that can be traced back to Qing Dynasty.

According to Dr. Li Chen, co-founder of the “TOP 100 Global Excellent Aviation Instructor” international public award, the award is launched by the international aviation innovation organization to be specifically, an international public project from IAIO-NARDO Aerospace in 2016.(The organizer hereby declares that the open courses and the resulting awards are for free and for the public interests and it has not authorized any organizations or individual to do the application and cooperation in payment. And to ensure the quality of the project, business cooperation in any form is denied.)

The program aims to provide flight attendants of aviation innovation abilities and rich talents with the honorary certificate across the globe. Also, more cabin service personnel can learn something useful from the free open courses.

It is worthwhile to notice that role exchanges will be conducted in the project. Students also act as the teachers to make appraisal on teaching members as well on teaching quality and the results will be published on the spot in time. The TOP 100 Global Excellent Aviation Instructor will select 100 competitive aviation working or teaching members worldwide.

The selection process begins from China and come to Canada next year. When 100 certificates find their own people, the organization will no longer accept new applications until someone with the certificates retired. At that time, candidates can prepare for the application work again.

At China, recommended and supported by the high officials from Air China, the organizing committee has received related assessment materials through two ways recommendation and new media application for about one month, nearly 500 copies have been sent by the deadline September 20. Through material review and curriculum innovation evaluation, four nominees have been picked up as the candidates from China.

On the basis of their flight time and experience, they are mainly from four airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China United Airlines and the Deer Jet of HNA Group.

During the teaching process, more than 100 seats are occupied. The four flight attendants share their experience and all the listeners make careful records and mark them on teaching quality. The marking cards will be collected and then candidates will be informed of the assessment results on the spot.
